In short, we help property owners to increase their income and to save time. Managing a vacation rental, in terms of both managing bookings and the day-to-day operations during stays, is time consuming. In the first instance, we discuss the eligibility of your property and its earning potential with you, and devise a pricing strategy. We’ll also advise on any decorative changes that may need to be made, to suit the holiday rental model; guests are typically looking for a hotel-like experience, with stylish and tidy properties gaining more bookings on Airbnb.
Once we’ve established that your house is a good fit for furnished lettings, we create an attractive Airbnb listing that will achieve high booking rates, including photography, professionally written content and an optimised pricing strategy. Our team manages your reservations as they roll in, although you have access to your bookings calendar at any point, and can amend your block-out dates whenever you like. We manage guest communications on Airbnb, and complete the check-in and check-out process for you. During guests’ stay, we manage all communications, and then arrange cleaning after their departure. In short, we are a full service management agency, who try to make the rental process as simple as possible!
